Garment manufacturing process

Client Meeting: We are always ready to have Client meeting all over India towards their appointments. Our Marketing Team would gather all the requirements from the buyer and calculate most accurate production cost. Then Pricing along with GSM, Fabric Consumption, Print or Embroidery or Embossing details, Packing details would be discussed and MOQ would be arrived and details would be communicated directly or by email.

Sampling:Post MOU, Sampling of the garment in actuals would be commenced. According to the order quantity, Charges may or may not be collected. Sampling would be sent to the buyers and post-approval. Next mentioned procedures for bulk production would be commenced.

Yarn Sourcing:According to requirements super- combed, combed or semi-combed yarns are sourced with needed counts in cases for garment manufacturing. Sourcing would be from certified spinning mills so there is no lag in quality whatsoever.

Knitting:Knitting happens with various dia according to needs of the requirement. Loop Length and type of knitting would be conveyed and fabric would be obtained.

Dyeing:The knitted fabric is then sent to High-end Soft Flow Dyeing. According to lab dips, Dyeing of fabric would be commenced and dyed for specific hours to arrive the needed shade of the fabric then fabric would undergo padding & dried to absolutely no moisture

Washing: If there is a process required, Bio wash/enzyme/silicon washes would be made.

Compacting & Heat Setting: Completely dried fabric would be then compacted for fabric relaxation

Cutting: The compacted fabric is spread over larger lays. With the help of approved patterns, marking is performed and automatic machines cut the fabric with very less of fabric wastage.

Printing & Embroidery: Fabric cut is then isolated to add different add-ons like printing & embroidery.

Sewing: All the cut pieces after the respective processes would be collected and articulated production plan for sewing would proceed & reports of quality, quantity, safety control would be sought every hour to hour

Checking: Every single garment would have to pass the internal quality inspection by our Quality Team (QC) for the wrong stitches, holes & safety measures of needles would be thoroughly checked and then will be sent to ironing & tagging. We take an extra step in checking when it comes to toddlers.

Packing & Shipping: Several measures are keenly taken in this process according to fabric to avoid creasing issues. Fabric composition is keenly examined and suitable packing for the flat hangers & hanging shipments are shipped
